Our personalised one-to-one lessons are focused on helping you achieve your goals using the Rockschool syllabus, and our group lessons use the fantastic Beginner Ukulele Course course from Vuzo. All lessons are designed to be interactive and engaging, ensuring that everyone learns how to play ukelele and gets a chance to develop their skills. Our teachers are passionate about music and have years of experience in teaching the ukulele. They have a deep understanding of the instrument and know how to bring out the best in their students.

In addition to our private lessons, we also offer group lessons that are perfect for those who prefer a more social and interactive learning environment. Our group lessons are designed to be fun and engaging and use the amazing Beginner Ukulele Course by Vuzo! This is a truly excellent course, that is not only taught by trained ukulele teachers in our face-to-face group lessons, but it is accompanied with video and interactive notation for practice. Learn again, pause, rewind, loop, slow down, whatever you need to get the most out of your practice!

 

Our beginner course covers everything from the basics of reading music and understanding chord progressions, all taught as ear-before-eye. This focus on ear first is an effective way of creating fantastic young musicians, that have an easier time learning music in future. The course is a general musicianship course, where students will learn everything needed to be a well-rounded musician. We also focus on the essential techniques such as fingerpicking, chord progressions, strumming patterns, and more, so you can create beautiful music with ease. Additionally, we emphasise music theory, which provides a foundational framework for further learning.

We provide group guitar lessons for students aged 5 to 6, which are our most affordable option. These lessons take place at our music school and in partner schools in the area.
