Is your child the next Rock Star!? Designed for students aged 8-16 that are studying at Grade 2 standard or above on drums, bass, guitar, piano (keyboard) or singing, this band workshop is a heck of a lot of fun! Students will get the opportunity to learn how to work with a band, focusing on communication skills, performance skills, stage craft, as well as each student having an opportunity to take part in a masterclass on their chosen instrument.
During the workshop students will learn a variety of great songs and valuable skills of how to work effectively in a modern band setting. This is a fantastic way to learn something new, gain confidence in their instrument and socialise with like-minded individuals in a group setting. The 5-day workshop will end with a performance for parents, showing off what everyone has learned.
